The Old North Trail Revisited.

Malou, " Here I am crossing , The Old North Trail. That is the name we have given our Christmas present. For those of you too young to remember, there is a real Old North Trail which ran north and south along the Rocky mountains for 10,000 years."

Malou, " Aboriginal people of North America used The Old North Trail (from the Yukon Territory in Canada to New Mexico) first on foot, then with dogs pulling cargo-laden travois , and finally with horses. It could take up to four years to cross it."

Malou, " Levon and I like to think of ourselves as great explorers which is why we have dubbed our new toy , The Old North Trail."

Malou , " That's all folks! "

Have a Wonderful Wednesday!
See you soon.

  2. We'll echo Sparkle, it's completely fantastic! You're lucky kitties, to be able to go on these "adventures" right in your own home. (That don't take up to 4 years, either. LOL.)

  3. Kitties, you had me as soon as I saw your title this morning. That is a trail well known to be because of where I live. You are right to name yours thusly. I will always remember you on The Old North Trail. Good luck...take plenty of treats and don't get lost! Maybe take a GPS?
