Mitalee and The Art of Relaxation.

Mitalee , " I was thinking of the next generation. They always seem to be on the go. Climbing this curtain or another. Tearing around the house with t.p. trailing after them. Always in a hurry to get somewhere! Always ascending the next best thing; always trying to catch that all elusive mouse! "

Mitalee , " My generation knows how to unlax , unbend , unwind. We embrace the concept of shlepping along! We rejoice in  dilly-dallying! We are earnest in our attempts to displace unnecessary movement. "

Mitalee , " We know how to BE in the moment. We know how to find peace in the stillness of that moment."

Mitalee , " We understand the importance of bringing everything to a meowling halt. We are experts in The Art of Relaxation. The next generation needs to pay attention. They need to learn to breathe and to hang loose! It's critical and valuable work. We are teaching them by example , patiently waiting for them to catch on ."

Have a Marvelous Monday.
See you soon.

  1. Lucky for us, our cats can pass this on to the humans - if we remember to let them.
