Nutsville.

Esme , " Can I let you in on a little secret? It's been whack-a-doodle-do crazy around here lately!"

Esme , " Like, Nutsville. I've been hanging out on the radiator in the guest room far from LP who is beginning to look as  nutty as a fruitcake . Srsly."

Esme , " Her sister's family is arriving from California next Tuesday and will be  staying with us over the holidays and it's official, L.P has gone bonkers! You no doubt are familiar with the expressions , "runnning around in circles" or " running like a chicken with your head cut off" ? Well LP has been making my head spin like a bad horror movie in my many attempts to keep up with her frenetic headless chicken moves this past week."

Esme , " I've decided to stop trying to figure out what she is up to and to just hole up here in the guestroom for the next three days or so until the dust settles. I'm also supposed to apologize for not visiting much lately. ???????  LP says she has alot on her plate these days and then under her breath she keeps mumbling she has alot of fish to fry before her guests get here. I KNOW! Totally confusing!! Why fry more fish if your plate is already too full?! Hoomans. Let's face it , it's hard to work with them , let alone understand them! Hopefully we will be back on track and visiting regularly soon but I won't hold my breath. Until all the fish are fried, we will be thinking of you and we are hoping your hooman isn't one fish shy of a full string  like ours has been lately!"

Have a Fabulous Friday!
See you Monday.

  2. Esme, enjoy the fish fry! Tell LP that she has to remember to slow down and enjoy the holidays too. Our humans deserve SOME fun!

  3. It sounds like what your Mom really needs to do is take a deep breath and sit down with you for a long cuddle and nap, Esme!

  4. Sometimes humans just don't make any sense at all. The best thing to do is stay out of the way and wait for it to pass. Then demand extra treats.

  10. Oh No, Esme, has Mom gone over the edge. Some of us do that for the holidays. She will be back soon. She just has a lot to do and we understand. Hope she gets that fish fried. Take care.

  11. Yikes, all that activity by LP sounds exhausting! Esme, we think you have the right idea to just watch the action from your spot on the radiator.
