Another Basket Day.

We wanted to join people all over the world today to shine a light on World Cancer Day. There isn't much left to say. . . except we hope that one day this sinister disease/word will forevermore be deleted from our lives and from our vocabulary .

And a word from Leo and Tulip.

Tulip , " I know what you're thinking. They are stooping to showing us pictures of cats eating and drinking H2O. Are they serious?! Yup. We are . Because we are NOT going to stoop and talk to you about the weather ! "

Leo , " It's actually raining mice and ice . . . or whatever that expression is . . . "

Tulip , " Thanks Leo .  So much for discussing cats dining out and the finer things in life !!  I guess with all that torrential rain , it will be yet another basket day for me. Hope the sun is shining for you :)  "

Have a Marvelous Monday.
We all hope the sun is shining for you!
See you soon.

  1. We are remembering World Cancer Day too and also hope this disease will be eradicated.
Leo and Tulip - thank you for starting today off with your lovely furs and wonderful whiskers.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

  2. Everyday is basket day in my world!

    Your pal, Pip

  3. We are sending everyone that has cancer in their lives any way, lots and lots of purrs and prayers.
We love that statement, it is raining mice and ice. Too funny. That would be fun if it was raining mice.
    Have a great day.

  4. We had raining mice and ice the entire three days, Fri Sat and Sun and mommy left me here all alone (well, the pet sitter came) to endure thunder and lightening and rains. She mean mommy. xoxox

  5. We sure hope your rain stops soon. Rain is no fun!!

  6. With that kind of weather, we'd be basket cases too!

  7. Oh Tulip, you are looking so sweet! Hope both you and Leo had a cosy day.

We always love to hear from you!
