Magnolia bloomed in the night .

LP , " Our magnolia tree bloomed last night. I see the tree well  from the cat room and have been waiting for it to flower. This tree is magnificent and the flowers are stunning. It is a late bloomer but once the buds begin to appear , we will have magnolia flowers until October. Here are a series of pics depicting the progression of the bud as it unfolds to flower."

Have an equally breathtaking day!
See you soon.

  6. Magnolias are beautiful! We have some of those trees around our neighborhood. We have a gardenia shrub that used to have lovely-smelling flowers, but it went deaded.
